RETURNS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Lawren Michele order, thus we will accept your return of product in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.

Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via this website. Lawren Michele will not accept orders that were purchased in other retailers. 

Upon receipt of returned goods, Lawren Michele reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Please allow at least 7 business days for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements. 

At this time, Lawren Michele cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on LawrenMichele.com.

What is your returns policy?

Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We do not cover the cost of return shipping. How do I track my order?

 

Once  your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all of your order and payment details. After your items have shipped, an email will be sent to you with tracking information.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

All items are shipped USPS unless otherwise indicated. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost.

Do you provide international delivery?

 

At this time, Lawren Michele is currently not offering international shipping 

When do items ship?

Unless otherwise noted, all items ship once your payment has been processed (typically 3-5 business days). Please allow extra time for custom & semi-custom items. We ship from our studio Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am- 5 pm. Please select expedited shipping at checkout if you would like your item sooner.
