Refund Policy

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original purchase date.

All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, have all tags/labels attached, and any included hygienic liners intact. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, and we recommend using a trackable method to ship your return. After receiving and inspecting the item, upon approval of your return, we will begin the refund process.

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return and will not be processed.

Exchanges:

At this time, we are unable to process exchanges. Please return the item you would like to exchange, then reorder your preferred selection. Please reach out to our customer service team with any questions or concerns.

Missing Orders or Damaged Merchandise:
